Location and times:
10:00 a.m. Parade commences from the Legion to the Memorial Gates at the Great War Memorial Hospital
The LLHBA purchase a wreath from the Royal Canadian Legion in honor of Remembrance Day and a member places it at the Memorial Gates at the Great War Memorial Hospital.
Followed by the Remembrance Day Ceremony leading up to a minute of silence at 11:00 a.m. to honour those who served and our Fallen Comrades.
To commemorate and honour all those who served and died.
Remembrance Day is observed in Commonweath Countries around the world, every year, on the 11th November. Remembrance Day marks the anniversary of the armistice which ended the First World War (1914–1918).
